It’s all for the best.

There has to be something better than sitting here ranting on this blog.
But there isn’t.
the office

I’m sitting here in this office space (click to view the rest)in Marina Del Ray (310) waiting to go to the Laker Game with my brother tonight.
Tonight, the Los Angeles Lakers play against the Charlotte Bobcats. I think it’s going to a fun night but the Bobcats aren’t that great. I can’t believe that they lost to Utah Jazz by 22 points their last game. Unacceptable.

I hope they at least put a fight against the Lakers tonight. I’m pretty excited :] We got good seats, 9th row in the front. Maybe because not many people are going to watch the game tonight? Idk. I hope that the Lakers slaughter them with no remorse.

Anywho, I decided to make a separate blog for pictures I take during the week or for something I find interesting.

So this Sunday was all about family and friends.

I ate at The Cheesecake Factory in Sherman Oaks with my mother, sister, and brother. I ran into Lloyd and his family there too. Pretty random and we had our eye on this one waitress haha. It was funny cause, picture me sitting in a booth not facing Lloyd at all but a couple of tables away from him. Once that waitress passed by me and I looked at Lloyd, he was already looking at me nodding his head. As if he was saying, “Hell Yes.” It’s as if he read my mind and knew I was going to look at him hahaha.

What I ordered was great: a Grilled Skirt Steak which came with Mashed Potatoes, Vegetables and Crisp Onions.

I remember every Sunday we’d get dressed up as a family to go to church and then visit my grandmother who passed away back in 1998. But this is different. This is the first Easter Sunday we’ve ever had without my father as a family. So we made a trip to the cemetery to visit my father.

“I miss him a lot. We all do. We loved my father.”

I miss him a lot. We all do. We loved my father. My mom, my sister, my brother, and me. It’s really weird at home not having my father around. It’s just really weird in general knowing that I won’t hear his voice anymore. Knowing that he’s no longer with us. I can’t help but tear while I write this. It’s not easy losing someone who basically cared for you their entire life – someone who was just always there if you needed anything.. I don’t like talking about what happened so I’m going to stop. It casts this shadow of unhappiness over me.

Afterwards, spent some time at home and then went out with Joe H., Erwin, Mark, Andrew, Beau, Law, Joe C. to this Hookah Lounge we go to.
I don’t think I should smoke hookah anymore cause I’ve had asthma when I was a kid growing up and my lungs aren’t as strong as they should be. Every puff of Hookah makes my lungs even weaker so I think I should quit doing that. But, going to the hookah lounge Isn’t always about smoking. It’s about catching up with friends and just hanging out. Oh, and the fries were awesome and don’t let the pictures fool you. Those are actual pineapples. After, we said bye to Erwin as we dropped him off cause he had to go back to school in San Francisco. Then we went to Joe C’s house to chill out.

“..the hookah lounge Isn’t always about smoking. It’s about catching up with friends and just hanging out.”

Must see movie:

There Will Be Blood

there will be blood

I guarantee that you will not be disappointed after watching that movie. It’s amazing.

I’ve also started to watch The Office.
On Monday I started on Season 1 but now I’m on Season 3; about to go into Season 4 – Yes, I watch quick.
I like the story line and there’s that sense of humor that some people may or may not get.
Dwight is the funniest character of the show. It is a must see show
